- To order online, you must create a Sea Dreams Treasures account and be logged in. This is free, easy, and fast.
- Payment: Sea Dreams Treasures accepts the following forms of payment, available through PAYPAL. If you would like more information regarding Paypal's services, click the image below. Payment via personal check or money order MUST be arranged BEFORE you make a purchase.
- Packaging: All of my items are beautifully wrapped inside small jewelry ziploc bags, then placed in black velvet drawstring pouches, and all of the items are packaged in gift boxes.
- Shipping: My shipping method varies. If you live in the lovely U.S.A. Shipping and Handling is $15. Shipping is by USPS Priority with tracking and insurance. If you live outside the US your purchase will be sent Federal Express.
- Returns & Exchanges: At this time I do not accept returns. I will however, give an exchange for something that does not meet your expectations (within ONE week of receiving the item, notify me via the Contact page ).
- Repairs: For general repairs I can easily fix those for you within the first six months of your purchase (free of charge), but you'll need to send $4.55 for the Priority Shipping to return it to you. After the first six months, I will still fix it, but a charge for the repair will be additional. Resizing: if you purchased something from my website and have asked me to resize your bracelet, please expect it to take an additional five to seven days to receive. Fitting in resizing time is difficult since the bracelet has to be completely taken apart and then rebuilt. I want the piece to fit properly and look perfect on you.
- Care & Cleaning: Almost ALL of my designs are made from solid sterling silver . Sterling does NOT like air, and all my things will come in seal-tight ziploc jewelry baggies to keep them away from general hazards. It helps keep them shiny and also clean. To polish your jewelry, please use a soft polishing cloth. NEVER USE ANY SORT OF LIQUID SILVER CLEANER ON ANY OF YOUR JEWELRY AS IT WILL DESTROY THE NATURAL LUSTER OF THE SILVER.
